We are excited to welcome Stacey Jellen as the new Head Tennis Pro for Sunriver Owners Association!
Stacey brings a wealth of tennis experience and an impressive athletic background. A standout junior player from California, she began her tennis journey at just 5 years old and went on to hold Top 10 junior rankings in every age division. Among her many accomplishments, Stacey won the CIF title in doubles at Calabasas High and took home the prestigious Ojai Tournament title in the 18 and under division, a significant achievement in California tennis history.
She earned a tennis scholarship to UCLA, where she graduated with a BA in sociology. Stacey also has a deep professional tennis background, achieving a WTA ranking of #480 while playing satellite pro tournaments worldwide. From her early years in New York and California to her career as a resident tennis pro at the Beverly Hills Tennis Club, she has dedicated herself to the sport as both a competitor and a coach, teaching players of all ages and skill levels. Stacey was also the head girls tennis coach at Mountain View High School in Bend this year.
In addition to her tennis expertise, Stacey has a successful career in the entertainment insurance industry and has lived in Bend for the past three years. She is active in the community, enjoys outdoor activities, and is a member of the Bend Golf Club.
