Community Development

The Community Development Department, working in conjunction with a Design Committee, works to ensure strict landscape and architectural standards are met, compatible with one another and work in harmony with Sunriver’s natural surroundings. 


DEPARTMENT HOURS OF OPERATION 

Community Development Department staff can be reached at 541-593-6645, designinfo@srowners.org or stopping by the office during the following hours:

  • 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday 
  • No office access or phone available 8-9am & 4-5pm Monday-Friday
  • It is strongly recommended making an appointment for new home or enclosed, livable addition projects 

PLEASE NOTE: If staff are in the field or helping other customers, calls may automatically go to voicemail. Please leave a message and allow up to 48 business hours for a response. This also applies to emails and project submittal drop offs. Project submittals will not be accepted at the SROA administration office - they must be left at the Community Development office during available hours of operation.
