If your invoice shows more than this amount, it is likely you still are paying the SHARC assessment and may also include the cost for bulk fiber internet service.
Member Account Portal
Owners have online access to their Member Account to view current and historical account activity and have the ability to pay via a credit card (3% processing fee will apply for all credit card payments).
Items through the online portal include:
• Maintenance fee payment
• TDS fiber internet service under SROA bulk agreement (if your home has been hooked up)
• SHARC assessment (if applicable)
• RV space billing (if applicable)
• Tennis/pickleball court reservations (free to owners)
How to sign up for your account
Please review the following details to ensure a successful sign up before you click the "Member Account Portal" button. You will need your seven-digit SROA account number to sign up.
- Where is my member number? Your number is on your annual or monthly billing invoice. There are leading zeros on all numbers to reach the seven-digit Member Number.
Please note: this number IS NOT the number on your Member Preference ID card. - Name information: If you AND your spouse are listed on the property you will need to enter both names (ex. Robert & Jill Smith). The naming is case sensitive. If SROA’s records show you as Robert and you use Bob, it may not work.
- Multiple-owner properties: Properties with co-ownership will need to be setup with a sub-account. Contact accounting staff for assistance - 541-593-2411.
- Trusts: If your property is held in a Trust or LLC it will need to be registered by a SROA staff member. Please contact the accounting department.
Once you've read the instructions above you can now click on the "Online Account Portal" button.
This will take you to the member account portal to follow these steps.
Step 1: Click Member Registration (located below the login button, bottom right in box).
Step 2: Fill in your Member Number and first/last name. Click Validate. You will be directed to the next page to set a Username and Password.
Step 3: You will be sent a confirmation to the email on record. Note that it may take a couple of hours before your account history is fully loaded into the portal.
