Electronic ballots were sent July 6 & 7; mailed paper ballots should arrive within the week.

The association is again using an online voting system – Election Trust – for this year’s election of candidates to the SROA Board of Directors and ballot measure for the proposed Capital Transfer Fee.

The owner of record for a property can expect to receive a unique user code/password to access their online ballot along with weekly email notification reminders to vote – if they haven't already done so.

Please note that ballots will be sent from Election Trust to your email that SROA had on file. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail if you haven't received the ballot within a few days. If you requested a paper ballot, they will be delivered along with the voter pamphlet. Those must be mailed back in the provided envelope, not returned to SROA.
