Sunriver Rules & Regulations Update

Earlier this year, the SROA Board of Directors approved the creation of the SROA Rules and Regulation Update Task Force.

The task force is charged with reviewing the existing rules and regulations for necessary updates – including amending existing rules, omitting existing rules that are no longer relevant and adding new rules when warranted.

Because these rules and regulations affect every owner and guest to Sunriver as well as the overall livability of the community, the task force is seeking owner comment now. They want to hear from you before they dive deep into the task before them, and are asking you to provide your thoughts and comments about the rules applicable to living in and visiting Sunriver.

As the project progresses, and drafts of the revised rules and regulations are created by the task force, there will be additional opportunities for owner input. Ultimately, the board of directors will decide on the final version of the rules and regulations as amended – tentatively scheduled for early spring 2026.
