Greetings from SROA and happy “almost” summer from SROA’s Recreation Department.
We have recently made software changes to improve efficiency in operations and rolling out a new tennis and pickleball reservation site for owners.
For those who have already updated their Membership ID card for 2025 please continue reading. If you have yet to update your annual membership, please call Member Services at 541-585-3147 or stop by SHARC 9am-4:30pm daily.
The online court reservation system is only for owners. If you have guests or visitors, they will need to call 541-593-5707 for court reservations.
Steps for online tennis/pickleball court reservations
If you already have an owner account with Jonas (where you view your account and pay your maintenance fees) you will use the same login/password. Please go to Step 3.
Step 1. If you have NOT yet created a Jonas owner account you can do so by using this link and enter your personal information. Please read the online directions carefully to correctly input your naming information. ONLY the owner of record (the one who receives SROA billings, etc.) can create the Jonas account.
Step 2. Once your Jonas account is validated, you can create a username and password. It takes about 15 minutes for the data to upload, so please plan accordingly. NOTE: Once you have a user name/password you will need to be the one to make reservations or share your user name/password with your spouse/partner if they wish to make court reservations.
Step 3. Court reservations can be made up to four days in advance.
