March 23: Oregon Receives Additional Shutdown Orders

On March 23, Gov. Kate Brown ordered Oregonians to stay in their homes and enacting further closures of retail businesses and outdoor area gatherings. The new closures affect all SROA-managed facilities such as tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, playgrounds and more.
