The Sunriver Owners Association (SROA) operates a myriad of year-round and seasonal recreational amenities, including SHARC aquatics and a member pool, boat launch and tennis/pickleball facilities – all which require dozens of part-time and/or seasonal staff – especially during peak summer months between Memorial weekend and Labor Day. 

SROA also has full-time staff in a variety of departments to provide services to Sunriver property owners and visitors.

Sunriver Owners Association (SROA) is seeking an Events Coordinator to complement our amazing team.
 

SROA's Event Coordinator plays a key role in bringing SROA events to life by creating seamless, memorable experiences for members, guests, and clients. This hands-on position oversees event setup and teardown, provides bartending services, and leads on-site coordination for public, private and SROA-sponsored meetings and events. From confirming floor plans and event details to ordering supplies and supporting audiovisual needs, the Event Coordinator ensures every detail is thoughtfully executed.

In addition to logistics and planning, this role maintains clean, safe, and welcoming event spaces while delivering proactive, engaging customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs before they arise and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences from start to finish.

What Do You Need to Succeed?
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) 
- Two+ (2+) years of events coordination experience
- A passion for event coordination and an eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Bartending skills
- Audio/video system know-how
- A bit of social media savvy

The Good Stuff
Starting Wage: $23.00-$24.00 per hour plus tips. Full benefits package including employer paid medical/vision/dental insurance, generous paid leave, 401k with employer match and profit share, and access to recreation amenities for you and your family (pools, disc golf, tennis & pickleball courts).

More Details
This position may require evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Pre-employment drug screening, physical abilities testing, and background check required. EOE. 
Required: Oregon Food Handlers and OLCC Servers Permits (or ability to obtain) and Oregon Driver's License with driving record acceptable to SROA insurer

Anticipated start date as soon as March 16, 2026 for the right candidate.
