The Sunriver Owners Association (SROA) operates a myriad of year-round and seasonal recreational amenities, including SHARC aquatics and a member pool, boat launch and tennis/pickleball facilities – all which require dozens of part-time and/or seasonal staff – especially during peak summer months between Memorial weekend and Labor Day. 

SROA also has full-time staff in a variety of departments to provide services to Sunriver property owners and visitors.

What Do Recreation Attendants Do?
Recreation Attendants provide outstanding customer service and support for all things recreation. 

A Day in the Life May Include...
- Providing excellent customer services and assistance to guests
- Maintaining water slide safety
- Cleaning and prepping water tubes for the next round of guests
- Assisting in opening and closing duties
- Assisting with first aid or emergency situations
- Lending a hand at the front desk
- Helping set-up/clean-up and facilitating special events
- Complimenting the crew with your own brand of awesome

Certifications and Qualifications
None needed.
Just yourself, a positive attitude, and a readiness to pitch in where needed.

The Good Stuff
Summer Wage: $16/hour
Access to recreation amenities including: SHARC pools, disc golf, tennis & pickleball courts, river boat launch.

Other Details
Minimum Age: 14 years.
EOE. Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
Flexible schedules available.
Facilities open weekends, evenings and holidays (holidays paid at overtime rate).
