2026 Work Plan

  • Review the Three to Five Prioritized Work Plan Items as Presented by Board, staff & Strategic Plan
  • Identify Common Elements Among the Three Sources & Develop Conceptual Work Plan
  • Staff will Utilize Work Plan Direction to Form 2026 Budget to be Presented in October

Executive Session

(Potential to consult with legal counsel and/or consider personnel, contractual or legal matters if the Board determines an Executive Session to be advisable after a vote.)
