Please read the following and check box below to acknowledge that you understand the terms for parking your vehicle on SROA premises: Sunriver Owners Association (SROA) will not be held responsible for loss, theft of damage of any vehicle, equipment, accessories, etc. on SROA properties. You are required to leave SROA's property in the condition you found it. Daily parking fees for the period of your stay shall be paid in advance (or at the earliest SROA business hour) and are not refundable for days not used. You further agree that SROA may debit your credit card $30 or the actual cost (whatever amount is higher of the two) for any damage or defacement of SROA property.
