SROA's Monthly Publication
The Scene publishes highlights of the monthly SROA and Sunriver Service District board meetings, club and organization gatherings, exhibit openings, local events, activities and news of interest to Sunriver property owners, area residents and visitors. 8,000 to 12,000 copies are printed and distributed each month depending on the time of year.
The paper is mailed to all Sunriver property owners and co-owners in the U.S. who wish to receive it. As the area's only "community" newspaper, additional free copies are available at locations around Sunriver and can be mailed to non-owners through an annual paid subscription.
SROA's
Communications Department staff write, design and produce this tabloid-sized
newspaper with the help of volunteer contributors.
The department also acts as a media liaison for the owners association, is the gatekeeper of this web site, creates the annual printed resident directory, Sunriver map, posts public services announcements on Channel 4 and the TV at the Country Store and produces numerous other projects throughout the year for the Sunriver Owners Association.
