We
annually reseed areas throughout Sunriver with native grasses, wildflowers
and plant ponderosa seedlings on commons. Logs, boulders and other natural materials are often used to block illegal pathways and are also used for streambank/riparian restoration projects.
SROA sells a half pound bags of native grass and wildflower seed mixture for $5 a bag . Stop by the office between 8 am and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday (closed 12-1 pm for lunch).
In April, SROA gives away ponderosa pine seedlings as part of its annual Arbor Day celebration at the Sunriver Nature Center.
