Recreational vehicle (boat, motorhome, snowmobile, ATV, travel trailer, etc.) parking is allowed in Sunriver single-family dwelling driveways ONLY for the first 48 hours.
Roadside parking is NOT allowed anytime/anywhere in Sunriver.
After 48 hours, homeowners and guests must use the SROA storage facilities for their recreational vehicles. Both storage areas are fenced, locked (a key code is required) and accessible 24 hours a day. We accept MC, Visa and Discover cards for payment. Reservations must be made prior to your arrival during regular business hours Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm only.
Space sizes available (in feet): 8x10, 10x15, 10x20, 12x25, 12x30, 12x35 and 12x40.
SHORT-TERM (up to 60 days) storage is available. Short-term space rental is $5 per night for Sunriver property owners or $10 per night for visitors. Vehicles need to be removed by noon following the last night's reservation. All spaces are non-electric.

LONG-TERM storage is available, including a limited number of electrical hookups. There is also a shed for canoe storage. Long-term storage rates are an annual fee ranging from $135 to $355 depending on space size and if electricity is needed. Canoe shed rental is $50 annually.

STORAGE LOT LOCATIONS: Spaces are available between circles 3 & 4 behind the SROA
office and fire station as well as at the north end storage
yard off the Cottonwood Road Sunriver entrance. Take North Imnaha and then turn right
onto Thielsen Lane (the first road past Ollalie).
NOTE: There is an RV dump station located at the north storage yard. Call 541.593.2483 during regular hours M-F, 7 am to 3:30 pm for more information.
