The Recreation Department offers a variety of activities and programs for Sunriver property owners and visitors. We strive to provide quality programming that benefits both the community and its members. Recreation manages two swimming pools and 26 tennis courts. SROA Programs include:
• FAST Camp
FAST Camp is an Oregon State Certified Child Care Center and after school program for children in grades 1 through 5. Registration for the 2010-2011 school year is available starting August 23.
• Tennis Programs & Tournaments
Steve Vaughan and his Wild West Tennis offers a variety of tennis clinics and camps throughout the summer. For reservations, e-mail
Reservations are required to use the SROA-owned tennis courts. You can also rent ball machines, a hopper of balls and a variety of other equipment at Tennis Hill at Fort Rock Park. Call 541.593.5707 for reservations.
• Pools & Swimming Lessons
The North and South Pools are still open!
Swimming lessons are finished for the summer season.
