Sunriver Owners Association accepts online credit card payments for regular association assessments - monthly or annual payment of your maintenance fee, and for the special assessment for the new SHARC facility.
We have contracted with a well respected credit card processor to facilitate this service. They provide the secure payment site and process credit card transactions for many state and local government agencies (including Deschutes County) and independent associations such as SROA. Online payment by credit card will include a "convenience fee" which the processor keeps. The convenience fee is 2.5 percent of the amount you are paying to SROA. The amount of the convenience fee will be clearly indicated in the transaction prior to your approval of the payment.
To use the secure online payment site, you must be a Sunriver property owner, be registered on this website and logged in. If you have not yet registered, please view the Sign Up Instructions page under "Online Office" in the green menu bar. Once registered, you simply click on the words "SIGN IN" next to the
Search field in the top right corner of any page on this website. If you want to pay an amount other than the regular monthly amount at left,
please call Becky Kraft in our accounting department (888.284.6639 toll free or 541.593.2411), or e-mail her atto get your current balance.
