Event signage & Banners: Refer to Section 25.08 of the Design Rules for complete information. All must be approved by the Design Committee prior to installation.
Yard Sales: Outdoor yard, garage and estate sales are not allowed within Sunriver proper - however, sales completely held/contained inside a garage or a residence is permitted. No signs of any kind are allowed to advertise the sale. In lieu of a sign, owners may submit their sale information up to 10 days in advance for posting on the online SROA community calendar. You will also need to contact the Sunriver Police for special permission for cars to park along the roadside during your sale.
