Accounting: Tracking of association’s annual budget including accounts payable, receivable, replacements, insurance, reserves, contingency and payroll

Administration: General manager and staff work with SROA Board of Directors and committees to provide services to owners, legal expenses, insurance, human resources

Communications: The Sunriver Scene newspaper, SROA Web site, channel 4, Resident Directory, annual ballot packages, Sunriver map, marketing collateral, support for all communication of SROA staff and volunteers

Community Development: Architectural review and property compliance services ensuring community appearance and property values, contractor registration

Environmental Services: Ladder fuels and noxious weed reduction programs, forestry management, environmental/river restoration and mosquito control

Fleet Services: Maintaining SROA’s fleet of rolling stock (snowplows, graders, Bobcats, service vehicles, etc.)

Public Works: Maintaining and plowing Sunriver’s 65 miles of roads, 30+ miles of pathways, signage, lighting, parks, pools and common areas

Recreation: Administrative operations

Reserves & Non-Departmental: Major repair and replacement of capital assets with a three- to 30-year lifespan and minimum value of $3,000
