Conceptual plan

The building will have a northwest-style structure with exterior wood siding as depicted in the illustrations, and will feature open heavy wood timber trusses throughout the larger spaces. The building will also have slab on grade and potentially an under-slab radiant heating system, and will be designed to be energy efficient. The locker rooms will have concrete slab on grade or ceramic tile flooring throughout.

The indoor pool will have an interior concrete block wall with an exterior of wood siding. The indoor pool will have a vaulted ceiling with exposed wood trusses. The indoor pool structure is approximately 70'x120' long with a recreational pool of 45'x75' with a zero depth entry. The pool structure will have large operable glass doors on the south, high clerestory windows on the north, and dormers in the room providing daylight.

Men's and Women's locker rooms will include changing areas, lockers, toilets, and gang showers. Family changing rooms will be included.
