Yes. With a few small exceptions, a permit is required for the removal or alteration of any native vegetation on private property in Sunriver.
Can I alter or remove vegetation on commons?
Not without a permit. With the exception of noxious weeds, alteration or removal of any vegetation on commons requires a permit from SROA and a liability waiver. In some situations, the work must be performed by a registered contractor.
