Sunriver Environmental LLC (also known as Lake Penhollow) is owned and
operated under the Sunriver Resort umbrella - NOT the Sunriver Owners
Association.
Lake Penhollow is located on Cottonwood Road. For information on compost or disposal of natural yard

Ladder Fuels
The Sunriver Owners Association does perform monthly pickup of ladder fuel materials between April and October for Sunriver property owners following ladder fuel compliance. For owners who hire a contractor, that
contractor is
responsible for removal and disposal of debris created and will not be picked up by
SROA crews.
Please follow these guidelines: - There is no need to call. Limbs and brush will be collected
during the first full week of the month. All roads in Sunriver will be checked
each month.
- Cut branches to 8-foot maximum lengths.
- Stack brush next to and parallel with the road edge so
equipment can reach it without going off road.
- Be careful to not stack on top of or near electric/telephone/cable
boxes, water/sewer valves and meters, big rocks, sprinklers or other landscape
features.
- Bagged materials will NOT be collected.
- Crews cannot pick up pine needles, grass, leaves or small
branches that equipment grapples can't
grab. These materials need to be taken to one of the previously mentioned
collection sites. If you try to include this type of material, the entire pile
will be left.
