Our homeowners association Web site software by AssociationVoice has been created to bring convenience, accessibility to information, and management efficiency to community associations, their managers and staff, board of directors, committees, volunteers and residents. The service has been designed to be easy-to-use, easy-to-update, and to provide extensive search capabilities.

Resource Center: The Resource Center is an easy-to-organize, centralized location for important association documents such as covenants and bylaws, architectural guidelines, board and committee meeting minutes, electronic versions of the Sunriver Scene newspaper and more. Information is in one place and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Resource Center is located under Online Office in the main toolbar.

Search: Located at the top of every page. Simply enter a keyword or phrase and the Search Assistant will hunt through the entire association archives and resources. Click Search whenever you need a hand.

SROA Member Homepage: Located under Online Office, this is your personal homepage for instant news, events, weather and more - all in one place!

SROA News & Announcements: Visit News & Notices in the main toolbar for the latest scoop or hot topic.

SROA Departments: Located under Online Office, each department has its own homepage with access to important documents, forms and information about maintaining Sunriver's natural beauty. Learn about landscaping, mountain pine beetle, choose a new paint color for your house, register for a swimming or tennis lesson and more.

Calendars/Events: Find out instantly what's happening in the community. One calendar gives you access to meetings and events (board or committee meetings, group or organization gatherings) taking place in SROA facilities. Another shows recreation and community-wide special events.

Sunriver Scene: If you'd like to submit an article or photo for consideration, submit a classified ad or write a letter to the editor, visit Sunriver Scene in the main toolbar.

Contact Us: Need to call a staff, board, committee member or neighbor? Contact Us in the main toolbar is where you'll find the directories for those contacts. Use the searchable Resident Directory for published contact information such as names, e-mail, phone numbers, etc. of other Sunriver property owners. You can also voluntarily share information about yourself. ONLY SROA  members who have registered on this site will have access to the Resident Directory and the info you want to share.

E-mail Notification: This service makes extensive use of e-mail to extend the reach and timeliness of your community information. In other words, we'll use e-mail to bring important information to you. If you haven't already signed up and wish to help save your association money by reducing the cost of printing and postage, Sign In under "Online Office" and update your contact preferences. Not a Sunriver resident, but still interested in the community? You can still receive e-mail notifications by subscribing to our e-mail list under Online Offce.

General Information: Can't find an answer to your question? Visit the Online Office in the main toolbar and click Mgmt Office/Online Forms to post your question via e-mail. This is also where you'll find interactive forms for many of SROA's programs, park reservations and RV storage reservations (as a work in progress, not all SROA forms are fully interactive).
