(The ballot proposal is described in more detail in the accompanying ballot package) ___ Yes ___ No I authorize the Board of Directors of the Sunriver Owners Association to complete the property exchange with Sunriver Resort Limited Partnership, as specified in the Voter's Pamphlet and upon such terms and conditions consistent with those described in the Voter's Pamphlet as the Board may approve.
NOTICE TO SUNRIVER PROPERTY OWNERS:
Statements
of 100 words or less in favor of or opposed to this ballot measure can
be submitted for inclusion in the voters information pamphlet that will
accompany this ballot. Deadline for submission is 5 p.m., Friday,
February 24, 2012. They can be sent via email to-
